At Adapted Living we are committed to providing our customers and our clients with services and products that will allow you to feel safe and mobile within your own home or while out and about.
Our products are focused on being user friendly and they do not have any complicated set up or installation instructions.
Some products which require specific and tailored adjustments for the user (e.g. hearing volume, distance from main unit etc.) are the responsibility of the person setting up the system.
Understanding how a product works and the specific adjustments of that product the onus of the person setting up/using it. It is their responsibility to fully understand the use of the product, it’s limitations and it’s capabilities. Regular testing of equipment is vital as per manufacturers guidelines.
Adapted Living are not responsible for alarm failures or false alarms.
These products are for assistance and do not replace medical assistance or supervision.
Warranty and Replacement
The warranty will depend on the item purchased, please check at time of purchase what the warranty is and we will be happy to assist you or confirm with manufacturer.
Products may be returned to us within 28 days for a full refund. The product’s packaging must be intact, unused and undamaged. Postage will not be refunded.
You will receive a product replacement or refund for the faulty items once we have checked the item and fault has been established and it is covered by manufacturers warranty.
Damaged items will not be refunded. If damaged has occurred during transit please contact us immediately.
One-off special orders are subject to a 30% non-refundable deposit. This will cover order, delivery, restocking and return to supplier where necessary.
We will accept returns within 28 days of purchase.
Goods must be returned undamaged and in original package. Charges will apply if packaging is damaged or not returned.
We accept cancellations at any time.
We will not pay for return of goods if product has been shipped before cancellation.
A refund will be issued once the product is returned in it’s packaging, unopened and unused.
Shipping and Costs
We use a courier or An Post for deliveries. All orders are shipped either on the day of order or the next working day.
Collection is available from our shop at No. 1, Bridge Street, Tipperary Town or in our Limerick shop at Unit 30, Eastlink Business Park, Ballysimon Road. Please contact us to arrange.
Pricing and Unavailability
It is not always possible to have website stock up to date, unfortunately in limited instances some items may go out of stock before we have a chance to update site. Should this happen we will contact you to advise as soon as we can and send item to you when restocked.
If the item be end of line and no longer available we will endeavour to find/offer you an alternative product.
Should there be any pricing issues or a mistake in pricing be published before we have a chance to fix it, we will advise customer that item is not available at that price. A full refund will be issued in this instance if resolution cannot be found.
